Following are some guidelines when sending us materials for your title.

Submitting Videotape

  1. Please send one of the following formats:
    • DVCAM
    • MiniDV
    • BetaSP
    • DigiBeta
    • 1”
    • VHS (High-Quality)
  2. All tapes must be NTSC with a valid and contiguous time-code. We can accept PAL only on DVCAM or MiniDV for PAL duplication and fullfilment
  3. Ensure the tape begins with a leader of at least 30 seconds. BetaSP tapes must start with color bars and tone
  4. Send a high quality dub; NEVER a master. In the event of damage or loss, we only refund the cost of a blank tape
  5. Ensure audio is at your desired level. Significant loss of quality can result if peaks are over 0db, so please be sure that peaks are well within this
  6. If multiple tapes are being submitted, please also identify the tape number.
    For example: Title Blue Veil: Tape 1 of 2

Submitting DVD

  1. Please send one of the following formats:
    • DVD-R
    • DVD + R
  2. Please send a copy of your disc; NEVER the master. In the event of damage
    or loss, we only refund the cost of the blank disc.
  3. Check your DVD carefully before sending it to us – on a set-top DVD player if
    possible. We will duplicate your DVD exactly as it is received, so any errors will be duplicated on every copy sold or otherwise presented.
  4. If you wish to sell VHS tapes from your DVDs that you have authored, please
    include a second DVD clearly marked ‘Master for VHS tapes’.

How and where to ship materials

We take no responsibility for materials until we have received them, so please ship clearly labeled materials to us via a trackable shipping method such as USPS, UPS, FedEx or Airborne, etc. with delivery confirmation.
